How is your body handling the food you eat?

Pretty well if you're taking a multivitamin.

Why's that?

Because your grandma told you to?

Or because your body works on the micro/atomic scale, breaking down foods into chains into atoms for energy, and needs magnesium, sodium, chloride, potassium, and calcium just to get you to breathe?

And you can't breathe if you don't have oxygen, but making sure your lungs work is a whole other story.

So, are you taking your multivitamin?
